2008 Gathering

We had a great time at the reunion. It always seems like we never have enough time to truly visit with everyone. Thanks to Uncle Morris, Aunt Margaret, Uncle Ray, Aunt Patsy and family for hosting and cooking the delicious fish.

I can't wait until the next reunion.

Gathering

Everyone, the gathering is coming up fast. We are expecting between fifty and sixty people.

We will probably start eating sometimes after 1 o'clock.

All you can eat, catfish, fries, hush puppies.

Please bring your own lawn chairs, cigarettes, redman, skoal, kodiak, sodas, (coke, pop, etc.)

Everyone should also bring a good story to share.

New Years - 2008

Margaret cooked us a very traditional New Year's meal which included Blackeyed Peas with hog jowls, fried cabbage and Chicken and Dressing. She baked a pecan pie and fixed a most excellent peach cobbler.

Ray andPatsy, Corky,Debra, Austin and Landen joined us for dinnner.

Everyone had a good time. The boys are not big on Blackeyed Peas so they took a pass on the dinner.
